Golpo: Culinary Stories & Curated Experiences

Golpo is a food-culture project where I explore the stories, migrations and memories that shape what we eat. It began as a page to document my research on cuisine, culture and identity, and has since grown into a platform that brings people together through food and storytelling.

Through Golpo, I curate immersive culinary experiences. From intimate supper clubs to larger pop-ups and community events. Each experience is designed to highlight how dishes travel, how flavours carry history, and how shared meals can open conversations about belonging, displacement and cultural exchange.

Golpo sits at the intersection of research, design and culinary practice. It’s a space where I experiment with formats, collaborate with cooks and creatives, and create events that are as much about connection as they are about food.
